3.1. Player Level and Experience Points
Players earn experience points through activities like construction and battles. When they reach the maximum required for the next level, their level increases.
As the player level increases, they acquire more governing power and skill points, as well as higher maximum energy.
Additionally, the energy is fully recharged, and a small amount of Dark Force is obtained.
3.2. Energy System
Energy is consumed whenever a player takes actions such as construction, management, production, transportation, espionage, movement, or attack.
Most actions consume 1 energy, although there are occasional actions that consume more than 1.
Actions unrelated to planets, such as accessing the Empire, reading reports, sending emails, or receiving quest rewards, do not consume energy.
Activities in the auction house, although performed within the planet, do not consume energy.
The default energy value is 61, and with each level-up, the maximum energy capacity increases by 1 (e.g., at level 10, the maximum energy capacity becomes 61 + 9 = 70).
When energy is depleted, the player is unable to perform most commands, so it is advisable to strategically choose the necessary actions.
Energy is charged by 1 point every 10 minutes, taking approximately 10 hours to fully recharge from 0 to 61.
Energy can be charged through energy items.
If you find yourself using a significant amount of energy, it is also advantageous to recharge a certain amount of energy daily at an affordable rate through the Energy Premium service.
TIPS for Saving Energy:
(1) Plan Construction Strategically:
It is recommended to schedule construction tasks when you anticipate being away. This way, when you return, the construction will be completed, and your energy will be fully recharged.
(2) Upgrading the Trading Post and Auction House for Resource Transportation
When you have multiple planets, you'll have a significant amount of resources to transport.
If your Trading Post has a low level and limited transportation capacity, you'll need to divide the resources into multiple shipments, resulting in increased energy consumption.
That's why it's advisable to upgrade your Trading Post in advance.
Additionally, the Auction House operates without consuming energy, promoting active trading among players.
Consequently, acquiring resources and ships through auctions can greatly help you save energy.
(3) Producing Parts in Bulk at the Parts Plant
While dividing the production of parts may result in faster manufacturing, it is not ideal from an energy-saving perspective.
If you produce parts in bulk all at once, you can save energy compared to producing them in separate batches.
(4) Utilizing Automatic transport
If you have multiple planets and need to move resources to your main planet where ship production takes place, it's recommended to utilize Automatic Transport.
While you may need a 30% more cost in resource production, considering that energy shortage becomes a major bottleneck in the mid to late game, this penalty is manageable.
Furthermore, hiring a hero [Hana] can greatly mitigate the penalties associated with the Automatic Transport of resources.
3.3. Player Skills
Player information window -> Player -> Player Skill
At every level up, the player receives 3 Player Skill points. These points can be allocated among 5 different skills according to the player's preference.
The maximum distribution limit for each of the 5 skills is 50 points.
Currently (as of June 2023), the maximum achievable player level is level 50, allowing them to obtain a maximum of 150 skill points (50 x 3 = 150).
(1) Defence
By increasing the Planetary Defence skill, the price of Defence Towers decreases by 0.6% per skill point.
Additionally, the HP (Hit Points) of Planetary Shields increases by 1% per skill point. The recovery rate of Defence Towers increases by 1% per skill point (base recovery rate is 25%).
[ With the maximum 50 Skill Points, Defence Costs are reduced by 30%, Planetary Shields' HP increases by 50%, and the recovery rate of Defence Towers reaches a total of 75%.]
(2) Trade
If you increase your Trade skill, you will gain 0.4% more credits per point when constructing a Trade Centre.
In addition, the income from trade tariffs on interplanetary trading will increase by 0.4% per point when connecting a Warp Gate.
The withdrawal fee for deposits from the Bank will decrease by 0.4% per point from the default 30%.
[ With the maximum 50 skill points, Trade Centre and Warp Gate income increase by 20%, and the bank's withdrawal fee decreases to 10%.]
(3) Construction
Strengthening the Construction skill reduces building construction costs by 0.4% per skill point
[ With the maximum 50 skill points, construction costs are reduced by 20%. ]
(4) Management
Ship movement consumes gas, an essential resource used in refining crystal fuel.
Efficient gas management is crucial for frequent fleet movements and attacks, especially for powerful and massive high-tier ships.
[ Each point in Fleet Operations reduces gas consumption and maintenance costs by 0.4%, reaching a maximum of 50 points for a 20% reduction in gas consumption and maintenance costs. ]
(5) Luck
By boosting the Luck skill, you increase the likelihood of acquiring various items and ships during exploration while also improving the success rate of reconnaissance activities.
Additionally, it enhances the probability of successful preemptive attacks in battles.
[With the maximum 50 skill points, preemptive attack chances double, and the risk of losing the entire fleet during exploration diminishes to 0%.]
3.4. Governing Power
Player Information Window -> Player -> Governing Power
Governing Power is the ability to govern planets. If you have insufficient Governing Power, you cannot occupy planets.
Governing Power increases by +1 for every level gained by the player and can also be further increased using credits or Dark Force.
If you attempt to occupy a planet without having enough Governing Power, you will automatically relinquish control of the planet upon occupation.
The credit cost of increasing Governing Power exponentially escalates until it reaches 5 billion credits, after which it increases linearly.
3.5. Title
Player Information Window -> Titles
Titles are additional options that can be obtained based on the player's achievements.
Once obtained, titles can be used and displayed in front of the ruler's name, and some titles have special additional effects.
Titles with additional effects can also be enhanced to increase their effects.
Titles only apply while in use and changing titles consumes energy.
※ Fleet recovery function of certain titles in the original Conquer has been replaced with paid items in the store.
3.6. Fleet Upkeep and Fame System
Fleet Upkeep Cost
All ships consume a cost (fleet upkeep) per hour that is proportional to the Control Power.
The fleet upkeep cost is deducted from planet credit production, with higher-cost allocation to planets with higher credit production.
The upkeep cost calculation occurs every hour, resulting in temporary discrepancies between the actual number of owned ships and the calculation.
Fame System
The Fame system is applied to the formula for calculating fleet upkeep cost, reducing the cost for players with high fame.
To maintain a large fleet at a lower cost, it is important to maintain high fame.
Fame can be acquired through Player vs Player battles or through pirate missions.
Pirate missions allow you to earn a significant amount of credits while gaining fame, and they can be accessed through the quest window.
Excessive fleet maintenance without enough fame results in up to 10 times higher upkeep costs.

CONQUER's galaxy has a spiral structure.
It consists of three spiral arms, and new users start on the outer edges of each arm.
As the spiral arms continuously rotate and expand in a clockwise direction, even if they are initially on the same arm, they will become further apart over time.
Therefore, if you want to start the game close to your friends, you should choose the same spiral arm around the same time.
You can access the entire galaxy map by clicking on the mini-map in the top right corner of the main screen.
6.1. Population and Credit
The population is a highly important resource in planets.
As the population of a planet increases, the amount of tax (credits) obtained from the planet also increases. Therefore, increasing the population of a planet is crucial.
Credits are the fundamental currency required for the production of all units and buildings in the game.
In addition to taxes based on population and happiness, credits can also be obtained through the construction of the Trade Centre.
Furthermore, additional acquisition can be achieved through customs in warp gates and the player's trading skills.
6.2. Crystal
Crystals are extensively used in component production, especially in the production of ship engines.
They are also essential for various buildings and defence towers.
6.3. Gas
Gas is essential for construction and unit production, but its primary use is ship propulsion during travel, especially for transport ships carrying marines. To operate many ships or conquer planets, a substantial gas supply is needed.
The player skill "Management" can reduce ship gas consumption.
6.4. Marines
The importance of marines lies in the fact that they serve as the last line of defense for a planet.
Marines are crucial for both attackers and defenders because winning ground combat between marines is necessary to conquer a planet, even after winning fleet battles.
Ground combat happens when attackers invade the planet's surface after winning the fleet battle. The default marine ratio is 1:1; one attacker marine is consumed for one defender marine.
For more detailed information on ground combat, please refer to the section on planetary conquest.
Heroes are companions belonging to the player who assist in planetary governance and battles.
When appointed as an Internal Affairs Hero they have an impact on overall gameplay and provide additional benefits to planets or battles when deployed or participating.
Heroes possess various skills, and as their rank increases, they can acquire more and more powerful skills.
※ Some heroes may also exhibit synergy effects when used together (to be implemented).

Missions that allow players to gain fame.
Fame is an element necessary for reducing fleet maintenance costs and involves the consumption of multiple warships.
Instead of consuming warships, players gain large credits and fame.
Pirate missions do not consume energy.
To continuously increase the number of owned warships, players need to consistently gain fame through pirate missions or by engaging in battles with other players.
The pirate mission and fame system are new features in the game, introducing important elements for late-game balance and enjoyment, not present in the original Conquer game.
12.1. Individual Ranking
Individual Ranking is based on the player's individual score, fleet destruction, pillaging, trading, and other factors.
The rankings are updated once every hour, so players who have just entered the galaxy will not appear on the ranking chart initially.
12.2. Empire Ranking
The empire ranking is determined by calculating the total score of all players within the empire.
In the list of nearby planets, you can see pirate planets.
It is easier to find pirate planets in the list of nearby planets rather than searching directly on the space screen, as they are rare and few in number.
[Characteristics of Pirate Planets]
(1) They have a large number of marines (pirates), with up to 1 million, making occupation challenging.
(2) Pirate planets lack typical planetary buildings but feature a Star Race Stadium and a pirate shop.
(3) Even if you attack and destroy ships in a pirate planet, pirates will gather again, so abandoned pirate planets always have defense fleets present.
13.1. Star Race
Clicking on a pirate planet on the "pirate planet list" or on the "space screen" opens the Pirate Planet Information Window
you can click on the Star Race button to enter the Star Race Stadium.
At the Star Race Stadium, you can play the mini-game called Star Race.
